課程概述 |
This course is a hands-on introduction to intellectual property litigation, primarily as applied in Taiwan, providing both an academic foundation and practical guidance for understanding and participating effectively in this area. |
|
課程目標 |
This course will cover core concept of Taiwan intellectual property litigation with special focus on the issues of patent litigation. We will explore fundamental policy questions about the current IP litigation system by comparison with international IP litigation. |
